GOCaddy Golf Phone Holder Limited Warranty Policy
Effective Date: 01.08.2026
1. Warranty Coverage
GOCaddy warrants that this Phone Holder (the "Product") shall be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of One (1) Year from the date of original purchase. This warranty applies exclusively to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
2. What We Will Do
If a defect covered by this warranty occurs during the warranty period, GOCaddy will, at its sole discretion, either:
- Repair the Product using new or refurbished parts.
- Replace the Product with a new or refurbished unit.
- Refund the original purchase price.
3. What This Warranty Does NOT Cover
This warranty does not cover damage caused by:
- Normal wear and tear (e.g., cosmetic scratches, fading rubber).
- Misuse, abuse, or negligence (e.g., dropping the unit, excessive force).
- Exposure to extreme weather conditions beyond normal golf play.
- Damage caused by third-party accessories or modifications.
- Damage caused during shipping (if not reported to the carrier).
- Loss or theft of the Product or the mobile device inside it.
4. Claim Procedure
To make a warranty claim, you must:
- Contact our Support Team at sales@gocaddy.golf with your Order Number and a description of the issue.
- Provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
- Provide photos or a video clearly showing the defect.
Note: You may be required to return the defective Product to GOCaddy. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Limitation of Liability
- Device Safety: GOCaddy is not responsible for any damage to your mobile device (phone) that occurs while using the Product, including but not limited to damage caused by falls, impacts, or vibrations during golf cart use.
- Use: The Product is designed for standard golf carts and push trolleys. GOCaddy is not liable for damage caused by improper installation or failure to ensure the holder is secure before driving.
- Consequential Damages: GOCaddy is not liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use this Product.
