GOCaddy Range Finder Official Warranty Policy

(24-Month Comprehensive Full Warranty)

1. Warranty Term

GOCaddy warrants that this range finder shall be free from defects in materials, workmanship, and electronic components under normal use for a period of twenty-four (24) months from the original date of retail purchase.

During this entire 24-month period, the unit is covered at 100% against all verified manufacturing or electronic faults.

2. What is Covered

If a manufacturing defect, electronic component failure, or workmanship issue arises within the 24-month warranty period, GOCaddy will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the unit with a new or factory-refurbished equivalent.

• This covers all parts and labor required for the repair.
• The customer pays $0 for the repair or replacement unit itself (excluding inbound shipping costs to our service centre).
• GOCaddy will cover the return shipping costs for the repaired or replacement unit back to the customer.

3. Strict Exclusions (Owner / Golfer Damage)

This warranty is void and will not be honored if the failure is determined by GOCaddy technicians to be caused by any of the following (this strictly enforces the exclusion of "error or damage by the golfer/owner"):

• Physical Impact: Drops, hits, crushing, or any impact sustained during a golf round, transport, storage or any other cause by any means.
• Liquid / Moisture Damage: Exposure to rain, humidity, submersion, or sweat (unless the specific model is IP-certified for waterproofing, in which case normal splashing may be covered).
• Lens Damage: Scratches, cracks, or chips on the objective or eyepiece lenses caused by improper cleaning or handling.
• Battery Misuse: Damage resulting from using incorrect chargers, or allowing battery corrosion/leakage or over heating the unit.
• Unauthorized Repairs: Any attempt to open, disassemble, or repair the unit by a third-party not authorized by GOCaddy.
• Normal Wear & Tear: Gradual battery capacity degradation (reduced battery life over time—typically considered normal after 24+ months), fading of exterior paint, or wearing of rubber grips.

4. Claim Process

To file a claim under this warranty, the original purchaser must:

1. Provide Proof of Purchase: A valid, dated sales receipt or invoice is mandatory.
2. Confirm Registration: The warranty must be actively registered in the purchaser's name (see Section 5 below) at the time of the claim.
3. Contact Support: Reach out to GOCaddy customer service to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
4. Ship the Unit: The customer is responsible for shipping costs to send the defective unit to the GOCaddy service centre. GOCaddy will cover the return shipping costs for the repaired/replacement unit.
5. Accept Diagnosis: If the technician finds user-inflicted damage (under Section 3), the claim will be denied. The customer will be quoted a standard out-of-warranty repair fee if they wish to proceed with the repair at their own cost.

5. Limitation of Liability & Warranty Registration

• Mandatory Registration: To activate and validate this warranty, the original purchaser must register their unit within 14 days of the original purchase date on the official GOCaddy website: www.gocaddy.golf. Failure to register within this timeframe will result in the warranty being voided, and no claims will be processed.
• This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original registered purchaser.
• GOCaddy’s total liability under this warranty shall never exceed the original purchase price paid for the unit.
• In lieu of repair, GOCaddy reserves the right to replace the unit with a model of equal or greater features if the original model is discontinued.
• This warranty does not cover loss, theft, or consequential damages (such as lost golf games, prizes, or handicaps) resulting from unit failure.

Effective Date: This policy is effective immediately for all units purchased from 01 January 2026 onwards.
